2. Service description

BPFSONED is an activity planning and spending workflow application that includes city ledgers, Explore planning, Ledger tracking, budget rules, Lab simulation, achievement progress, and CSV export.

3. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate records when entering cost and time data.
  • Use the app in compliance with applicable law.
  • Secure your own device and local data access.
  • Review exported files before sharing them.

4. Data handling reference

BPFSONED uses a local-first model and does not require sign-in for core usage. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual property

The app and related branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app without permission where prohibited by law.

6. Financial and planning disclaimer

BPFSONED provides tooling for organization and estimation. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any decision based on app output is your responsibility.

7. Service availability

We may update features, change support scope, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BPFSONED and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app use.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend support access if terms are violated.

10. Governing terms updates

These terms may be revised. Revisions take effect when published with a new Last Updated date.
